Terms & Conditions

1. Services
Includes custom software development, music production, sound design, and related services. Mixing and mastering are not included unless explicitly agreed. Project scope will be confirmed in writing before starting.

2. Payment
A 50% deposit may be required upfront. Final payment is due upon project completion or by agreed milestones. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation.

3. Revisions
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. Further changes may incur additional fees. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Delivery
Turnaround times vary by project. Final files will be delivered in agreed formats (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems, code, etc.).

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made via email. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Partial refunds may be offered depending on work completed.

6. Rights & Usage
Full rights are transferred upon final payment unless otherwise stated. Licensing terms will be agreed per project.

7. Songwriting & Royalties
If any songwriting, lyric writing, or melodic input is involved, royalties will be collected. Terms will be discussed and agreed upon between Josh and the client before final delivery.

8. Confidentiality
All materials and communications will be kept confidential unless written permission is granted to share or showcase the work.

9. Liability
Josh is not liable for issues arising after delivery. All services are provided to a high professional standard, but final responsibility lies with the client.
